FAQs

Question

When is the RSVP deadline?

Answer

Please RSVP by April 24, 2026 so we may give our venue an accurate headcount. Our venue cannot accept late RSVPs, therefore any responses not received by the deadline will be marked as "unable to attend".

Question

May I bring a date or plus one?

Answer

Due to limited venue space, we are unable to accommodate additional guests, so only those named on the invitation are able to attend. Please check your invitation!

Question

Are children welcome?

Answer

As much as we love your little ones, due to space constraints we are only able to include those children included in our guest count. Please check the names included on your invitation.

Question

What will the weather be like?

Answer

The ceremony celebration will be outdoors near the lake, with the reception following in a covered location with one wall open to the elements. Please plan accordingly.

Question

Where should I park?

Answer

There is ample parking available at the venue. Please note, it is difficult to use ride-share apps (Uber/Lyft) to this location.

Question

What type of attire should I wear?

Answer

It’s who you are, not what you wear that is truly important to us…Most importantly, we would like you to be comfortable on the dance floor! Ladies, we kindly request no white dresses. Please think twice before wearing stiletto heels. There are a bunch of grassy/dirt areas that you might have to walk in so wear chunky heels or sandals. Can't have any of you ruining nice shoes or breaking any ankles (even if several nurses will be in attendance)

Question

What food and drink will be served?

Answer

Light hors d'oeuvres will be passed during cocktail hour. There will be a dinner buffet with delicious food to choose from! If you have any dietary restrictions or allergies, please indicate on your RSVP. Our main dishes consist of chicken and beef, so let us know if you are vegetarian/vegan so we can provide an alternative option. For child guests, there will be kid-friendly option of chicken tenders, fries, fresh fruit, and wedding cake, but please know children are able to eat the main dish options as well. Drinks are on us! Alcoholic and non-alcoholic options will be provided. Please stay safe!

Question

I’m having trouble sending my RSVP

Answer

Please enter your name as seen on the invitation. In the case you are addressed as “Mr.” Or “Mrs.” without your formal name, go with the one we know you by! If you are still having trouble, please contact Joey or Megan.
