A shuttle will depart promptly from The Westin Harborview, making a stop at the Maine Mall before heading to The Barn at Flanagan Farm. Schedule: Westin Portland Harborview: 2:30 pm departure The Maine Mall: 3:00 pm departure Please plan to arrive on time, as the shuttle will leave as scheduled. Return shuttles are scheduled to depart the venue at the end of the reception. On-site parking will also be available. We can't wait to celebrate with you!

We’ve set aside a block of rooms at The Westin Portland Harborview, right in the heart of downtown Portland. It’s the perfect spot to explore the city while you’re here! The wedding venue is just a 25-minute drive away, and we’d love for you to join us for a welcome reception on Friday night to kick off the weekend. Please note there's a 2-night minimum stay. We can’t wait to celebrate with you!

Please note that we will not have a room block available in the Maine Mall area. However, the Maine Mall is just 15 minutes from the wedding venue and offers a variety of hotel options to suit your needs. For your convenience, we will provide a shuttle service to and from the venue for guests staying in the Maine Mall area.

July in Maine is the perfect time to visit! Known as Vacationland, Maine is full of charming coastal towns, cozy inns, lakeside cottages, and plenty of Airbnb options. If our room block isn’t quite your style, feel free to explore other places to stay. Just a heads up—summer rentals tend to book quickly, so we recommend locking in your spot as soon as possible!

This is the most convenient option for those flying in. Transportation Options: Car rentals and rideshare services (Uber/Lyft) are available. Boston Logan International Airport (BOS): Distance to Buxton: 1 hour 40 minutes by car Airport Info: Boston offers more flight options and is a good alternative for guests who may not have a direct flight to Portland. Transportation Options: Car rentals and rideshare services (Uber/Lyft) are available. You can also take the Amtrak Downeaster train from Boston to Portland. Getting to the Venue: The Barn at Flanagan Farm Address: 668 Narragansett Trail, Buxton, ME 04093 Shuttle Service: We’ll be providing shuttle transportation on the wedding day from The Westin Portland Harborview and The Maine Mall to The Barn at Flanagan Farm. More details, including pick-up times, will be shared closer to the event. Not staying at the room block hotel? No worries—just plan to be at the pick-up location in time for departure! Parking: Free parking is available at the venue for guests driving themselves.
