Wedding Shuttle Schedule

Pick-Up Times: Westin Portland Harborview 157 High St, Portland, ME 04101 Shuttle Arrives: 2:20 PM Departs Promptly: 2:30 PM Look for the bus on High Street outside the hotel. Maine Mall (Best Buy Parking Lot) 364 Maine Mall Road, South Portland, ME 04106 Shuttle Arrives: 2:50 PM Departs Promptly: 3:00 PM The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:00 PM. Departure Times from Flanagan Farm: Early Departure Shuttle: Boards at 8:45 PM, Departs at 9:00 PM Final Departure Shuttles: All remaining shuttles will depart at 10:50 PM, stopping at both the Maine Mall and Westin Portland Harborview. Getting to the Venue
The Barn at Flanagan Farm 668 Narragansett Trail, Buxton, ME 04093 Wedding Shuttle Service Shuttle transportation will be provided on the wedding day from The Westin Portland Harborview and The Maine Mall to The Barn at Flanagan Farm. Please refer to the Wedding Shuttle Schedule for exact pick-up and drop-off times. Uber & Lyft Rideshare services like Uber and Lyft are commonly available in the Portland area, but can be unreliable in the evenings near Flanagan Farm. We recommend taking the Wedding Shuttle from the Maine Mall in the evening and then using Uber or Lyft from there to your final destination. Parking Complimentary parking is available at the venue for guests who prefer to drive themselves.

The Westin Portland Harborview
We’ve set aside a block of rooms at The Westin Portland Harborview, right in the heart of downtown Portland. It’s the perfect spot to explore the city while you’re here! The wedding venue is just a 25-minute drive away, and we’d love for you to join us for a welcome reception on Friday night to kick off the weekend. Please note there's a 2-night minimum stay. We can’t wait to celebrate with you! Our room block at the Westin has officially closed, but don’t worry—if you still need accommodations, reach out to Joey or Hana and we’ll connect you with our contact at the Westin to assist with booking.

Accommodation at the Maine Mall
Please note that we will not have a room block available in the Maine Mall area. However, the Maine Mall is just 15 minutes from the wedding venue and offers a variety of hotel options to suit your needs. For your convenience, we will provide a shuttle service to and from the venue for guests staying in the Maine Mall area.

July in Maine is the perfect time to visit! Known as Vacationland, Maine is full of charming coastal towns, cozy inns, lakeside cottages, and plenty of Airbnb options. If our room block isn’t quite your style, feel free to explore other places to stay. Just a heads up—summer rentals tend to book quickly, so we recommend locking in your spot as soon as possible!
