What is the dress code?
Answer
Join us is celebrating the season with summer formal attire. A friendly reminder: majority of the celebration will take place on grass, so please plan your footwear accordingly. What time should I arrive at the ceremony?
Answer
We kindly ask all guests to arrive by 3:30 PM, as the ceremony will start promptly at 4:00 PM. This will ensure everyone has time to find their seat and settle in before the festivities begin. Thank you for being on time to celebrate with us!

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?
Answer
We’ll be providing shuttle transportation on the wedding day from The Westin Portland Harborview and The Maine Mall to The Barn at Flanagan Farm. More details, please view the Travel section of our event website. Not staying at the room block hotel? No worries—just plan to be at the pick-up location in time for departure!

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Free parking is available at the venue for guests driving themselves.

When should I RSVP by?
Answer
We kindly ask all guests to RSVP by May 26, 2025, so we can properly plan and prepare for our big day!

Can I bring a date?
Answer
We would love for everyone to enjoy the celebration with their loved ones! If your invitation includes a plus one, they will be listed on your RSVP details. If you’re unsure, feel free to reach out, and we’ll be happy to clarify!
