Welcome Reception

7:00 pm - 9:00 pm

Our welcome reception will be held outdoors in July, so dress comfortably for a Maine summer cocktail evening! Light fabrics, casual dresses, and button-down shirts are all great choices. We suggest bringing layers in case it gets cool in the evening. We can’t wait to see you there!

As you arrive at The Barn at Flanagan Farm, enjoy a selection of light bites and cocktails as we kick off the weekend’s festivities. We encourage our guests to explore Old Port in downtown Portland for a variety of dinner options before joining us. We can’t wait to welcome you to this beautiful setting and share this special time together. Thank you for being part of our journey—we look forward to celebrating with you!

Wedding

Join us is celebrating the season with summer formal attire. A friendly reminder: majority of the celebration will take place on grass, so please plan your footwear accordingly. Join us for a day of love and celebration! Guests are welcome to arrive at the venue beginning at 3:30 PM, with the ceremony starting promptly at 4:00 PM. Afterward, enjoy an evening of cocktails, dinner, and dancing as we celebrate together. Kindly let us know if you’ll be using our shuttle service, with pick-up locations at The Westin Portland Harborview and The Maine Mall. On-site parking will also be available. We are so grateful to have you with us on this special day and can’t wait to celebrate together!
