What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Arrive between 3:30pm and 3:55pm. Ceremony begins at 4pm.

What is the dress code?

Answer

Formal/Semi-formal: suits (can be dressed up with ties and dress shoes or dressed down with nice tennis shoes and no tie), long gowns, or cocktail dresses. Just keep in mind Colorado weather. We'll be on a mountain and the temperatures typically change drastically from morning to midday to evening. October 4th 2024, the temperature on Lookout Mountain (our wedding location) was 44°F at 7am, 86°F at 4pm, and 62°F at 8pm. But the average high temperature for October 4th on Lookout Mountain is 71°F and the average low is 42°F. Layers y'all!

Can I bring a date?

Answer

All invitations that include a plus one may bring a date as their plus one, but only if guests RSVP'd for both. Your RSVP is how we ensure each guest has a seat, drinks, and food!

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Infants and children in the wedding party are welcome. This is primarily a child-free wedding.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

We recommend all out of town guests use our shuttle service from Springhill Suites to the venue. Parking is limited at the venue. Shuttle will pick up at 3pm and 3:30pm to bring guests to the ceremony and be back at 8:45pm and 9:45pm to transport back to the hotel.
