The local government as well as bride/groom are not requiring any guests to wear masks at any point on the wedding day. If a guest elects to wear a mask out of personal comfort, that is completely acceptable but is absolutely not a requirement. The venue is outside with plenty of space to social distance. Every guest will be given a personal hand sanitizer so they are able to clean their hands whenever they feel necessary. Upon arriving at the ceremony location - guests will be asked to grab a paper wrist band (red, yellow, or green) that correlates with their personal preference for contact and social distancing. This will allow others to visibly see the comfort levels of others to respect their preferences.
Cocktail Attire. Heads up for the ladies! Since the venue has a good amount of grass heels are not recommended! As per the latest weather reports - Saturday looks to have a high of 72 degrees and a low of 49 degrees! The ceremony will be out in the open. Reception is held inside of a cave that has an all around temperature around 68-72 degrees, so bring a light jacket or sweater for later in the night!
#cantspellitanyways Since our last names are Redlinski and Replogle... We thought that, unlike our last names, we would pick a hashtag everyone could spell. However, before posting please see our FAQ about posting pictures.
We've gone back and forth on this a lot - so you may have seen this as different from what was posted here before. Out of respect for everyone in attendance and the variety of states that people will be travelling to/from we have decided that each guest is welcome to take pictures at our wedding (except during the ceremony)! However, before you post you MUST have permission from everyone in the picture including the background! If you post - be sure you use our wedding hashtag #cantspellitanyways. We ask that you please use discretion and not to post pictures of large groups as we have many guests that have traveled from COVID conscious areas, need to protect their jobs, and/or own a business.
Yes! We have a shuttle (to transport guests! There will be one run from the Fairfield hotel to the ceremony (departing at 3:00 pm) and then 1 run back to the hotel after the reception as well (10:30 pm). Please meet in the hotel lobby for shuttle pick up from the hotel. Please be in the hotel lobby no later than 3:15 - we will not be waiting for late guests. We also ask that our guests be respectful of the driver and the shuttles. This will serve as a courtesy shuttle rather than a party bus. If you prefer to drive to the venue, there is plenty of parking and there with golf cart shuttle from the parking lot to the ceremony location. There is very minimal cell phone service at the venue (typically only Verizon phones can find service). Do not plan on using any ride sharing programs as transport to/from the venue.
Maybe! If a date has been allowed by the bride and groom, it will be indicated by the number of people allowed on the RSVP included in your invite. If you believe a guest should have been added to your invite but wasn't, please reach out to Kent or Jocelyn directly.
This will be a kid free wedding! Grab a babysitter, come on out, and have a great time! With all of the travel and land at the venue, we wanted our wedding to be a fun getaway for everyone!
