There will be 1 shuttle pick up time to take guests to the wedding. Please meet in the hotel prior to the departure time - we will not wait for late guests. We will have 3 mini buses to bring guests from the hotel out to the venue. If we run out of seating - please coordinate with other guests. We did our best to estimate numbers but cannot promise everyone has a seat! Masks are not required on the buses but may be worn if a guest chooses to do so
4:30 pm
Cocktail Attire: Wear cocktail dresses, LBDs, dressy jumpsuits, and dark jackets and slacks.
Ceremony will be performed in the garden. If weather does not allow for an outdoor ceremony it will be held in the cave. Please plan shoes accordingly - ceremony seating is placed on grass!
5:00 pm - 6:00 pm
Cocktail Attire: Wear cocktail dresses, LBDs, dressy jumpsuits, and dark jackets and slacks.
Enjoy a cocktail hour before the reception begins over at the waterfalls on the venue property! Appetizers will be catered by the bride and groom's favorite - Chick Fil A and get competitive with a variety of yard games to fill the time! Cocktail hour will be on grass - please plan shoes accordingly!
6:00 pm - 11:00 pm
Cocktail Attire: Wear cocktail dresses, LBDs, dressy jumpsuits, and dark jackets and slacks.
Reception will be held at the Cave on the venue property. Please plan your attire appropriately - the cave stays around 55-60 degrees! A sweater/light coat is advised!
10:30 pm - 10:30 pm
We will be running 1 shuttle run back to the hotel. The shuttles will be lined up right outside of the reception area and the drop off location will be the Fairfield Inn and Suites
