Cancun Airport
To get to the Island, you will need to fly into Cancun Airport (CUN). Try to select an earlier flight to allow time to transfer to Puerto Juarez and take the ferry (or private option) to Isla Mujeres.

Private Transportation from Airport to Puerto Juarez
Use this option for pre-booking a private transfer from the airport to Puerto Juarez. They can accommodate 1 to 10 people. You can also purchase ferry tickets through them and beer and waters for the ride.

Taxi from Airport to Puerto Juarez
Taxi's are easy to find when you exit the airport, but this requires negotiation, it is not always the cheapest option, and it is easy to get scammed, so we recommend pre-booking your transport.

Ultramar Ferry
The Ultramar Ferry will take you from Puerto Juarez to Isla Mujeres. You can purchase tickets ahead of time with the transportation company or you can purchase them at the port. It is a beautiful ride with live music and drink options. There is also a restaurant at the Puerto Juarez with good food and drinks, we always grab a bite to eat here before getting on the ferry.

Golf Carts
Golf Carts are the best way to get around the island. Our wedding planner can help arrange golf carts for you, if you let us know ahead of time. The other option is to rent one directly once you arrive in Isla Mujeres. There are golf carts available for 2-6 people. FYI, the rental places right across from the Ferry are usually the most expensive.

This hotel is conveniently located nearby to all of the events. It is a 10 minute walk to the venue and 5 minutes by golf cart. This hotel has the following rooms: -3 Double Rooms with 1 king size bed and the option of a sofa bed. The price of the room is $2,400 pesos for 2 adults. ($500 pesos extra for additional person) -3 Quadruple Rooms with 2 king size beds. The room price is $3,400 pesos for 4 people. -1 Family Room with 2 bedrooms with their own bathroom and a living room with a sofa bed. The price of this room is $4,400 pesos for 4 people.
