Please keep in mind that it's roughly a one hour and twenty minute drive from the airport to the camp. This DOES NOT include time to disembark/claim baggage/pick up a rental car so please plan your flight accordingly. We highly recommend flying out on Monday for this reason as well. The rental car facility at RNO is short walk across the road from baggage claim. If you are not renting a car, we recommend booking a ride through South Tahoe Airporter as they offer daily shuttle services between RNO and South Lake Tahoe. House Or Rental

Camp Richardson Hotel

We have the historic hotel reserved for our exclusive use the entire weekend starting Saturday, May 28th through Sunday night, May 29th. Guests may book rooms before or after these dates if they wish, however, the entire hotel will not be reserved before or after that time. Check in time starts at 3pm on the 28th and check out time will be 10am on the 30th. There are 27 rooms in total, and you can find details and photos on the website linked.
