Great Smoky Mountains National Park
Absolutely beautiful park! We recommend driving through Cades Cove or hiking a waterfall trail, but whatever you decide to do will be an excellent choice!
Downtown Gatlinburg
There is lots to see and do in downtown Gatlinburg! The main street is lined with restaurants, shops, an aquarium and best of all moonshine distilleries that offer free tastings. It's definitely worth a visit!

This restaurant has something for everyone and never disappoints!
Smoky Mountain Dreams
This shop makes and sells the best pure soy candles, handmade soaps and natural body products. There are so many great scents to choose from. It is the best soy candle we have ever bought and you can bet we will be stocking up next time we're in town! It's right near the Cherokee Grill, make sure to stop by!
Great Smoky Arts & Crafts Community
On our way to tour wedding venues we unknowingly drove along part of this eight mile loop that's a designated Tennessee Heritage Arts & Crafts Trail. There are over 100 artists and craftsmen with shops, studios, galleries and eateries along the trail. Hopefully you can find a handmade treasure!
Dollywood
We went here on our first trip to Gatlinburg and had a blast! We highly recommend spending a day here because of the awesome rides, cleanliness, friendly service and great shows with talented musicians and performers.
Paula Deen's Family Kitchen
Myles and I enjoyed a truly delicious dinner here and afterwards got to see Paula Deen downstairs in the gift shop signing her cookbooks! The restaurant is located on The Island which has lots of shopping, other restaurants and an Escape Room location.
The Apple Barn & Cider Mill
This is a cute place to shop for apple/country themed food and home items. There is also a winery and southern home style restaurant located right next door, make sure to try the apple fritters!
