Shuttle Service Information

Answer

Guests that have booked a cabin at Parkside Resorts will be picked up from their cabin by the shuttle at a set time. Guests staying at Sky View Lodge & Chateaux Nirvana will be picked up at 3:30pm. Guests staying at Rocky Top Lodge will be picked up at 3:50pm. Guests that are staying elsewhere will be picked up in the zipline location parking lot (Smokey Mtn Zipline, 509 Mill Creek Rd, Pigeon Forge) at 4pm. If you are not at this lot to be picked up by the shuttle at 4pm you will not be able to make it to the ceremony on time! The shuttle service will be on site during the ceremony and reception to take people back to their cabin or car at their convenience when they are ready to leave. We will have everyone off the mountain by 11pm.

Cabin addresses will not be listed in GPS and mapping devices. Only use the following directions: TO PARKSIDE RESORT, from Pigeon Forge: Follow Parkway/US-441 Scenic S thru Pigeon Forge's numbered traffic lights. Take a Right at Stoplight #10/ Conner Heights Rd. Follow this road approximately 2.3 miles, continuing past Smoky Mountain Ziplines and Big Rock Dude Ranch. Take a Right onto Rocky Creek Way, it's marked by our 'Parkside Resort' sign. Office is the first building on your right. Stop by the office before 9pm to Check in and receive the Gate Code and your Cabin Door Code, or call after 4pm on the day of your arrival for your Gate and Door Codes.
