Question

Will there be any Covid restrictions?

Answer

Our wedding will have a few Covid requirements. Masks will be optional for all wedding guests. Vendors will be wearing masks and those handling food and drinks will be taking extra safety precautions. All guests are required to sign the wedding venue’s Covid liability waiver form upon arrival. We will have sanitizer bottles situated around the wedding venue for your use. You’re special to us and it’s our sincere wish that you attend the entire wedding event! What should I wear?

Answer

The dress code for our wedding is cocktail attire. Ladies should wear cocktail dresses, long dresses or dressy jumpsuits, and gentlemen should wear suits, tie optional. The venue has sections of grass, but mostly compacted gravel and concrete, so rock those heels! Please no jeans or casual attire.

Where is the venue?

38595 Via Del Oso, Temecula, CA 92592 Please use this address to find our venue. It is about 20 min East of Old Town Temecula. Please note: searching Winter White Barn will not direct you to our venue as it's not on Google or Apple Maps. It's best to use the address provided.

Are you having an unplugged ceremony?

Answer

Yes, we are! We would love everyone to be fully present with us in our big moment as we exchange our vows. Therefore, we respectfully ask that you turn off your phones during the ceremony. Please refrain from taking photos, videos, or texting during the entire ceremony (including entrances and exits).

Can I bring my children?

Answer

While we love your little ones, our wedding is an adults-only event so that everyone can relax and enjoy the evening. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the kids at home so you can celebrate with us!

What will the weather be like this time of year?

Answer

Typically in May the weather is sunny with highs in the upper 70's, and lows in the mid 50's. We advise bringing a light jacket and wearing sunscreen as a majority of our wedding is outdoors.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Our ceremony will start promptly at 2:30pm. Please arrive up to ½ hour early to enjoy the lovely pre-ceremony area with light refreshments before finding a seat!

Where should I park?

Answer

Our venue has free parking! And since we want all our guests to be safe and enjoy the fun, you can leave your car overnight if you have a little more to drink than anticipated. Or grab a Lyft/Uber if you're ready to sample our delicious cocktails.

Can I bring a date?

We will only able to accommodate those listed within the RSVP section.

What if I have dietary restrictions?

Answer

Our menu already takes into account most dietary restrictions, but please let us know what they are so we can be sure to accommodate them. When you RSVP, please text or email us at jjandkristen@gmail.com to let us know if you have any allergies.

May I take a centerpiece/candle/ flowers home as a souvenir?

Answer

Please make sure to leave all decorative items since many are rented or owned by the venue. After our wedding, we will be decorating a local senior's home with our florals to bring them some joy!

Do you have a wedding hashtag?

Answer

Our wedding hashtag is #AlwaysandforEvans. We would love it if you used our hashtag on any posts on Instagram or tag us in your stories from the celebration!

Will there be dancing?

Answer

One of JJ and Kristen's favorite things is to dance together, so get ready for some line dancing and Greek dancing! Wanna join in the Greek dancing? It's super easy and repetitive, so jump on in! We can't wait to dance with you!

What if I'd like to tip the bartenders or other vendors?

Answer

We ask that you leave your money at home. All our vendors, including the bartenders, have been tipped and we'd love you to have a drink (or many) on us!

Are the ceremony and reception location wheelchair accessible?

Answer

Yes! All the locations at our venue are wheelchair accessible.
