Leesburg is a mere 30 miles outside of Washington DC, our Nations Capital.
In and around Leesburg there are many wineries, breweries to enjoy. Most offer entertainment on the weekends.
About 15 miles North of Leesburg is the historic town of Harper's Ferry WV. Harper's Ferry is located on the banks of the Potomac River nestled between mountain ridges. There are historic tours offered in Harper's Ferry as well as little shops, restaurants and taverns to visit.
Additionally, there are many hiking trails in the mountains surrounding Leesburg.
