Where is the wedding?
Answer
Both ceremony and reception will be held at the Inn at Round Barn Farm in Waitsfield, VT. Address is: 1661 E Warren Rd, Waitsfield, VT 05673.

How is parking?

For the welcome party at the Pitcher Inn: Please carpool if possible! Parking is available in the lot next to the Pitcher Inn, on the street in front, across the street at the Warren Store (store closes at 5pm), and at the municipal parking lot next to the Warren Town Hall For the wedding: There is ample parking at the Inn for those who would like to drive, but we are encouraging anyone in the Sugarbush or Waterbury areas to take the shuttles for worry-free transportation. See the schedule tab for departure times for the shuttles.

What about Covid-19?

As we are all acutely aware, Covid continues to be a presence. We are doing our best to navigate this, and we would be grateful if you would consider testing before the wedding, particularly if you are experiencing any symptoms.

Are kids allowed?
Answer
We are hoping to make the wedding and reception an adults-only celebration, but understand you might want to bring your kids in your travels. We will be providing babysitting services right on the property, with kids being entertained either in the game room or the lower level of the barn. This way, you can check in on your children throughout the night. Signups for this service are available in the RSVP tab! Reach out if the option does not appear. Please note: children are welcome at the welcome party and brunch.

Whenever you'd like! Please see schedule for weekend events. You are welcome to attend any of these events and we'd love to see you!

When should I book my accomodations?
Answer
ASAP! We have secured a discount at Sugarbush, depending on your lodging preference there (there will be a shuttle from the campus). If you are eyeing a certain Inn or Airbnb on our website, we recommend booking it right away! We will not have room blocks in Waterbury, though there are shuttles available at these hotels. Although it's not peak ski season, lots of weddings happen in the area and accommodations can move quickly. Please reach out to us with any questions!
