Welcome Party

7:45 pm - 10:00 pm

We invite all in the Waitsfield area on Friday night to join us for drinks and passed appetizers to welcome you to Vermont! Please RSVP on our website. *Please carpool if possible! Parking is available in the lot next to the inn, on the street in front, across the street at the Warren Store (store closes at 5pm), and at the municipal parking lot next to the Warren Town Hall*

Shuttles

3:00 pm

Please see below for the departure times: Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott: 3:00pm Best Western: 3:10pm Sugarbush Resort Clay Brook Hotel Parking Lot: 3:15pm Return shuttles will depart the Inn at Round Barn for each location at 10:00pm following the reception and at 11:30pm following the bonfire.

Babysitting

4:00 pm

While this is an adults-only ceremony and reception, we will be offering babysitting services on the property to accommodate you if you choose to bring your children in your travels. Please reach out if this option does not appear in your online RSVP!

Ceremony

4:00 pm - 4:30 pm

Cocktail Attire: Wear cocktail dresses, LBDs, dressy jumpsuits, and suits.

Reception

4:30 pm - 11:45 pm

Cocktail Attire: Wear cocktail dresses, LBDs, dressy jumpsuits, and suits.

Reception will include a cocktail hour, seated dinner, live music, and a bonfire afterparty.
