We are happy to report that the overwhelming majority of our guests (nearly everyone but the kiddos) are vaccinated. However, with the recent rise in COVID cases we would like to request that all un-vaccinates guests wear masks while inside the inn (in public areas). Luckily, the majority of our events are outside (and I have had a chat with Mother Nature and it is going to be a beautiful day!) We also recognize that even our vaccinated guests may be more comfortable wearing a mask. We encourage our vaccinated guests to do what makes them feel most comfortable so you can enjoy the weekend. We also purchased a limited number of rapid COVID tests. If you would like to take a rapid test on arrival to be safe- please let us know! It takes 15 minutes and it may give you a little peace of mind for the weekend. If you have any questions or concerns please feel free to reach out to the bride or groom or our parents.
Please check out our weekend schedule before making travel plans. We would love to have you join us for tacos, hot dogs, and smores on Friday night and the send-off brunch on Sunday!!
Dan and I (we all know Dan isn’t the one who is making the wedding website...) met at Georgetown University Hospital while we were both working as nurses in the Emergency Department. We were friends for a while and I even had the pleasure of managing Dan as an employee after a promotion. Flash forward to 2016 when we decided to go on our first date to Cava in Arlington. We moved in together 8 months later and welcomed sweet Quinn to our lives. In 2018 we decided to take a quick jaunt across country to live in Denver, CO and enjoy some adventures. Dan proposed in Ouray, CO after a snowy hike up a mountain- exactly where we are happiest. We have now settled down outside of Portland, ME and bought a house. Last thing to do is make it official and get married!
