Wedding Ceremony
4:30 pm
Schloss Horneck, Gundelsheim, Germany
We would be delighted to welcome you up to 30 minutes early so we can begin on time. If you’re staying overnight at Schlosshotel Horneck, please feel free to check in at your convenience. We’ve reserved a limited number of rooms at the venue for about $125 (120 EUR) per night, and we’ll handle all communication with the hotel. If you’d like to stay on-site, please let us know and we’ll take care of the reservation for you: https://schlosshotel-horneck.de/. Since many of you will be flying in and out of Frankfurt, we’re more than happy to help coordinate airport pick-up and drop-off. The drive from Frankfurt Airport to our venue is just over an hour and a half. We’ll have a limited number of shuttle seats available, and if you share your travel dates and flight details, we may be able to connect you with other guests arriving around the same time. Public transport is also an option, though it can be less convenient. For greater flexibility and ease, we recommend renting a car.
Reception
5:00 pm
Following the ceremony, we invite you to join us for the reception. We will begin by cutting the cake, accompanied by coffee, light refreshments, and an opportunity for everyone to mingle. There will also be time to capture photos.
Dinner
6:30 pm
We’ll be serving a buffet, and we’d love to know your preferred meal option to help us plan. Please note that your preference is not binding—feel free to change your mind later.
