Jessie was born in Douglasville, GA in 1983; Named after her great-Grandmother, Jessie Atwood. Growing up she was always a little quirky, different from other kids. The 90s instilled in her a love of Science Fiction, Fantasy, music, and art - which carried through to her adult life. She now has a thriving career in IT, plays D&D with her friends, spends her leisure time creating art and watching all her favorite books and TV shows from childhood come to life on the big screen - a beloved activity she shares with Charlie.

Born in Miami, FL in 1979 but raised in the tiny burg of Barnesville, GA, Charlie grew up wandering in the woods, a passion that he enjoys to this day. Growing from a naive youth into a disaffected and surly Gen-Xer, he spent his twenties and thirties under the thumb of evil corporate overlords, whiling away his time on comic books, movies, video games, writing, and reading every Stephen King book he could get his hands on. Recently he has turned his back on the rat race and now enjoys all that same stuff, plus Dungeons and Dragons with his friends, being dragged by the leash into adventures with his buddy Watson, and being a homemaker for his lovely fiancee Jessie.
Deborah Forrester
Mother of the Bride
Deborah is Jessie's wonderfully artistic mother. Despite some bumps in the teenage years, Deborah has always been Jessie's biggest fan and cheer leader. She supported her unconditionally through learning musical instruments, playing soccer, finding herself, building a career, buying a home, and finally - putting together this wedding. Deb is one of the most energetic people you will ever meet. She always has house or art projects going on, with a backlog of 10 more in her brain! Something Jessie herself has inherited!
Sherry Fainn
Mother of the Groom
Charlie's loving Mom of over 39 years (fun fact, that's his entire life!) Sherry instilled in Charlie a curious mind and a voracious appetite for learning early on, tempered by kindness and a certain humble nobility that he still carries to this day. An avid traveler of the American West and lover of discovering the deeper meanings in life, Sherry tends to make friends with just about everyone. Recently retired to the idyllic little community of Centre, AL (fun fact, it's not in the center of Alabama at all!) Sherry spends her time with her loving husband Alan, doting on her grandchildren, and digging deep into Facebook for delicious new cocktail recipes!
Jerry Forrester
Father of the Bride
Jerry is a witty, sarcastic, quirky man - something he passed down to his daughter at an early age. Oddly charismatic, everyone wants to be Jerry's friend. Jerry is hard working, a reflection of his generation - lost between the Greatest Gen and the Boomers. After getting out of the Marine Corps Jerry became an entrepreneur, and despite being semi-retired now he still runs his business. Jerry was always supportive of Jessie's pursuits and interested in the projects she was building. They share a love of new technologies and bond most when they have something tinker with (like 3D Printers!).
Alan Fainn
Father of the Groom
Alan has been Charlie's Dad most of his life, and thus has taught him many important things, such as turning off the lights when you leave a room, rinsing out milk glasses before putting them in the sink, and how amazing Alabama's Crimson Tide football team is. He's also taught him the value of honesty, hard work, and how to be a responsible man while still having fun, but are those things really as important? Alan is currently enjoying being retired with his loving wife Sherry, though he secretly aspires to become Marshal and bring justice back to Tombstone, AZ .

Maid of Honor
I became fast friends with Jessie via a Reddit Meetup just a few short weeks after moving to Georgia. It’s rare that one finds someone with whom to deeply connect, and I am so fortunate to have found that in Jessie. Her creativity, her drive, her sense of humor, and her support makes her the ideal best friend... and surely the ideal life partner for Charlie! For me, watching these two fall head over heels for each other has been a delight, and it is truly an honor to be able to support them for the beginning of their greatest adventure.

Chris and Charlie met at Blockbuster in Douglasville and have been close friends ever since Charlie borrowed Chris's toboggan and shades for an impromptu karaoke rendition of "Baby Got Back" at Heath's wedding.

Jenny and Jessie met in 2017 at a festival where Jessie had a booth for her old makerspace, Forrester's Creative. They became crafting friends and eventually Jessie joined Jenny's Dungeons & Dragons game where she met Charlie! Jenny is a passionate person who follows her passions with all her heart. She loves role playing games and cosplay, as well as Swing and Lindy Hop dancing!

Heath and Charlie met at Blockbuster in Douglasville, bonded over their mutual love of films and pop culture, and have been on again/off again roommates ever since.

I met Jessie in 2012 and our love of dinosaurs, space, and crafting made us hit it off immediately! As a very dear and supportive friend, I am ecstatic Jessie has found someone equally as supportive in Charlie!

Picture it, band camp, freshmen year, two band geeks (Jessie and I) meet and become life long friends. I am currently employed in TV and Film as a costume aging artist. When not working on a film I can be found in my leather workshop designing custom fetish wears. I love to spend as much time outdoors in the mountain air as possible with my man John Paul and my dog Essie.

Dizzy showed up in Jessie & Charlie's life this year as a rescue from a friend of a friend. She has become an important part of their lives and is slowly tricking Watson into being her best friend. :)
