Pho King Midtown
Jessie and Charlie's first kiss was after a trip to Pho King midtown, a delicious and punny pho place located on West Peachtree Street in Atlanta, GA. Street Parking only, though there are some public parking lots in the surrounding blocks.
Sweetwater Creek State Park
Sweetwater Creek State Park (which is near the wedding venue) is a great location for hiking, kayaking, relaxing, and generally enjoying nature. A great break from city life just outside Atlanta. This is a favorite place of Jessie and Charlie's sweet little dog Watson.
Tellus Science Museum
Jessie and Charlie both have enjoyed Tellus Science Museum since it opened in 2009, having taken over the Weinman Mineral Museum which was founded in 1983. The Tellus museum includes the Weinman mineral collection, as well as an extensive dinosaur and pre-historic sea creature collection, and space and science wing. Highly recommended by both Jessie and Charlie for an educational and fun day out.
Silver Comet Trail - Concord Road Entrance/Exit Parking
The Silver Comet Trail is frequented by Jessie, Charlie, and their little dog Watson - especially when they were selling their house this year. It's great hiking that stretches across 1/4 of the state! There are entrance/exits throughout the northwest Metro Atlanta area.
Rev Coffee
Rev Coffee is a delicious coffee shop located in Smyrna, GA. They have nice sandwiches, a variety of coffee drinks, and a pleasant atmosphere. They're also open late!
