The Baraat is an Indian tradition in which the groom enters the reception surrounded by family and friends, and processes in to the wedding reception with music and dancing! You are welcome to wear either Indian attire, or cocktail attire for this event! See attire tab for more information.
Indian Wedding Reception

The Indian Wedding Reception will start with a buffet of traditional Indian cuisine. Afterward, dancing will start!

Catholic Wedding Ceremony

This event is black-tie optional. Men: Tuxedo or dark suit and tie. Women: Floor-length or tea length gown, or fancy separates.
St Mary's is located right off of King Street in the heart of downtown Charleston. Because of this, traffic and parking can cause delays. Please plan to arrive 15-20 minutes early to the ceremony. Parking is available at Charleston Place City Garage, located adjacent to the church.
