Flight
You might see NLU and TLC as options; however, we don’t recommend them as they are located outside the city and further from the hacienda. There will be no group transportation organized from either of these airports.
Shuttle

Our wedding planners will be organizing the transportation to and from the hacienda. Please email both your arrival and departure flight itinerary (airline, flight number, time, day) to our wedding planners at services@champagne-events.com.mx and they will provide you with all the pickup and payment details for your trip to and from the hacienda. If you plan to arrive a few days early and/or stay a few extras days to explore Mexico City, please provide them with your hotel or Airbnb address so they can assist with your transportation needs to and from the hacienda. It is a 1 hour and 50-minute drive from the airport to the hacienda. Option 1) Group Shuttle: $50USD per person one way. Every effort will be made to place you on a group shuttle. The shuttle will have beer, soda and water on the way to the hacienda. If no group shuttle is available, a private car will be scheduled. This may happen if you arrive early in the morning or late at night when other guests are not arriving. Option 2) Private Car: If you would prefer to have a private car our wedding planners will schedule a dependable, trustworthy driver for you. All one way Sedan for 1-3 people + luggage: $175USD SUV/Minivan for 4-5 people + luggage: $225 Suburban for 6 people + luggage: $385 USD Option 3) Ubers and cabs are available from the airport to the hacienda but can be very unreliable. Note: Ubers are NOT available from the hacienda back to the airport and cabs are EXTREMELY LIMITED. Our planners are ready and willing to assist you. They do request that you please confirm with them your transportation needs to and from the hacienda no later than 15 days before our wedding date so they can get everything properly organized for you and then focus on final wedding preparations during those last 15 days, so we have the most amazing weekend! Any new transportation requests or changes to your transportation plans less than 15 days before the wedding day will incur a $25 USD processing fee.
Hotel
Our wedding will be held at Hacienda Vista Hermosa, a historic venue about 90 minutes from Mexico City. The hacienda operates as a hotel and is the **only lodging option** for our guests. We've secured a special block rate that **cannot be booked online**. To get this rate, please contact the hotel directly. These wedding block rates are good for the week surrounding our wedding week.
