DAL

If at all possible, we highly recommend trying to fly into Dallas-Love Field (DAL). It is 10 minutes from the Uptown area, where all wedding festivities will be occurring. It is also Southwest's main hub. The 3 airlines that fly in/out of DAL are Southwest, Delta & Alaska/Virgin. The airport is small and security is generally a breeze. You can safely leave an hour and a half before your flight from the Uptown area, even less if you have TSA PreCheck/CLEAR. OUR PREFERRED AIRPORT BECAUSE IT'S SO EASY

DFW

DFW is American Airlines hub and located about 30 min from the Uptown area. Every airline comes through here, except for Southwest, and will probably have the most frequent/flexible flight schedules. In peak traffic times, we would allow 45 min of transit time. You can safely leave 2 hrs ahead of your flight to allow for traffic/security. Pro Tip: TSA PreCheck/CLEAR are only at very specific gates. Check the website below for that information.
