Individual hand sanitizer will be provided to each guest. Please use it liberally! Double layer cotton masks will be provided. A HUGE thank you to Brittany Dunn for volunteering to sew them for our special event. If you have not been able to practice social distance leading up to the wedding, please protect others by wearing a mask at the wedding. We will be modifying our food and beverages to serve as many individually packaged items to reduce the amount of contact surfaces across guests. It may not be as 'fancy' and certainly not as 'environmentally friendly' but it will be safer! We will be diligent in cleaning all surfaces before and during the event. Staying 6 ft apart will be a challenge but we request that you minimize interactions when possible such as avoiding handshakes and hugs.
We request your RSVP by May 22, with the understanding that RSVP may be subject to change due to evolving circumstances related to COVID-19.
The ceremony will start at 4pm as listed on the event page. We recommend that guests arrive around 3:30-3:45pm. Please do not arrive earlier than 3:30pm as we will still be setting up the venue.
We do not have guest transportation. We recommend car pooling and use of Uber to travel from your hotel or AirBnB to the wedding venue.
There is ample parking available at the venue. It is a short walk from the parking to the venue, with space to drop off guests directly at the venue, if necessary.
Yes, please do! We asked for requests on the RSVP form and want to be sure everyone is aware we can accommodate needs. We have plenty vegetarian options (per the Bride's preference :)) and will have gluten free options.
