Deep Eddy’s is another natural spring pool that has water at year round temperatures at 68-70 degrees and a great view of Lady Bird Lake
We love this area! Perfect for walking around, or stopping into for lunch. This neighborhood has great spots like Thoroughfare for coffee/deli sandwiches and bakery items, Alamo drafthouse to catch a movie, a farmers market on Sundays, or even some pubs where Jesse likes to catch a few soccer games :)
Q2 Stadium is where Austin’s MLS Soccer team plays and is a great place to catch a game. Tickets are available for the 2026 season already!

Lady Bird Lake has a lot of great standup paddle boarding options. Epic SUP is our favorite!
Bouldin Acres is a really fun sports bar where you can also play pickleball outside. Visit their website to rent a court and paddles to play. Spots often fill up quickly

Congress Bridge is where you can see the famous Austin bats at dusk
Mount Bonnell is a great hiking spot overlooking the city from afar
