We will have transportation coordinated for the following: 1. Transportation to and from the Sangeet (pickup time starting at 5:40) 2. Transportation to and from the Ceremony (pickup time starting at 3:45) We will not have transportation from the airport to your hotel due to the number of guests and varying arrival times. However, Ubers/rental car options are readily available and affordable from the airport to all hotels. Please note that the Uber pickup location is located on the second floor of the parking deck across from the baggage claim area at the Austin International Airport. When RSVPing for individual events, please let us know if you plan to utilizing our transport option or are arranging your own transport so we can finalize those details on our end.
Hotel block details are listed under the travel section of our website. All three are great options and will have transport options to and from the Wedding and Sangeet the night before.
Promptly at 5 p.m. CST. Please don’t be late :) We recommend arriving 20 minutes before the ceremony time to ensure you’re seated and ready for the festivities!
Please RSVP to our wedding by January 1st, 2026.
At this time we will be limiting plus ones and will not be extending a plus one to everyone. The wedding will be RSVP only and your individual invite will specify names of those invited, family members invited (including children), or will specify “and guest” if you have received a plus one. Thank you for understanding!

March in Austin is one of the more pleasant months! Typically it is warm, about mid-70s, and sunny. Please dress accordingly, and check the forecast closer to the day.
If you have an allergy or dietary restriction that is not accounted for by one of our 3 dinner options, please reach out to Sanam and/or Jesse individually and we will accommodate a dinner option for you with our venue.
