How can I make sure I am comfortable at altitude?

Answer

Our wedding venue and town is at 9,300 feet of elevation. This affects everyone differently. Pack sunscreen and drink plenty of water starting a few days prior to traveling and while you are here. When the sun goes down, temperatures can decrease significantly - bring a light jacket or puffy, even though it is summer!

Where should I stay?

Answer

You are welcome to stay anywhere in Keystone, Dillon or Silverthorne. We highly recommend Keystone for proximity to the wedding venue. Within Keystone, there is plenty of lodging. If you book at a Keystone owned property, you will receive a 20% discount. If you are booking here call: 855-948-0696 and use code SKRMJW26 to reserve, you can call every day from 8am-5pm MT. Please keep in mind that shuttle transportation the evening of the wedding will be provided from the Keystone Lodge, The Hyatt Place and River Run Village.

What are the transportation services during my stay?

Answer

Keystone Transportation operations an on-call shuttle from 7 am - 10 pm daily and picks up from all approved Keystone bus stops. Call 970-496-4200 to request a pick up.

Where do the shuttles pick up the evening of the wedding?

Answer

The evening of the wedding, shuttles will run from The Keystone Lodge, The Hyatt Place and River Run Village to and from the venue. Approximate schedule will be shared here once finalized.

Can I park at the venue?

Answer

Yes, although there is limited parking. We recommend the shuttles if you are staying at a convenient location for utilizing them.

Are children allowed?

We ask that you keep the kiddos at home for the evening, we look forward to sharing a parent night out with you!

Is it okay to get hunting equipment for Jesse as a wedding gift?

Answer

Yes, of course it is! But we are going to see how long this FAQ stays up, because its gonna have to be our little secret. Cool? Cool. So what we talking? We are talkin trail cameras (Tacatacam), Scheels gift cards are an easy one, I will accept rifles, and of course a gift card to C and K Archery is acceptable.
