Please arrive to The Ranch by 4:30 pm, the ceremony will begin promptly at 5:00 pm. drinks, dinner & dancing to follow! For anyone considering heels - the ceremony is on a grass lawn but the remainder of the evening will be inside on concrete and wood flooring. Please keep this in mind when selecting shoes! Shuttles will pick up from The Keystone Lodge, Hyatt Place and River Run Village. Parking is available at both the Keystone Lodge and River Run Village for those staying elsewhere that would like to shuttle out to The Ranch (~15 minute shuttle). Shuttles returning from The Ranch will pick up at 9:30 pm and 10:30 pm and stop again at The Keystone lodge, Hyatt Place and River Run Village.

Continue the celebration into the late night hours with us at The Viper Lounge (Snake River Saloon)! We will serve late night bites from 10:45 - 11:30 pm. A cash bar will be available. We will provide a shuttle from The Ranch to a bus stop just a short distance to The Snake. Hey Rides will be providing transportation back to lodging from the Snake from 10:30 pm - 1:00 am. They will drop guests off at any lodging location within Keystone.
