One of Connecticut's biggest breweries - If you're a fan of sours and other funky beers, be sure to check out Area 2!
Another popular CT brewery - a must visit for fans of juicy, hazy, New England IPAs.
If you're making the trip over to the eastern part of CT, be sure to check out this fantastic brewery.
In the northwest corner of CT, Kent Falls is Jesse's personal favorite brewery in the state. Fantastic sours and farmhouse ales, Kent Falls produces some of the best beer in CT.
If you're looking to try other wineries in the area, Sunset Meadow is one of the first wineries we went to together, and remains one of our favorites.
An incredible and highly decorated winery in Litchfield county, Connecticut Valley is a definite must for winos.
A family owned farm based out of Shelton, Jones Family Farm also has a fantastic wine selection!
One of the oldest orchards in the country, Lyman Orchards lets you pick your own fruit, shop the market place, and even play a round on the green at its nearby Golf course.
Located roughly 20 minutes away from Priam Vineyards, try your luck at Mohegan Sun.

Fish! Otters! Marine Life!
Soak in all that New England coastal charm, and smell like seawater for the rest of the day.
"It's fun, you've never been." - Lisa
Beautiful coastal New England beach with real waves, soft sand, and no stinky low-tide. No NYC backwash here! No longer on a beach coasting Long Island Sound - enjoy the real Atlantic Ocean.
One of Lisa's favorite spots and in Jesse's hometown! Charles Island is apparently cursed by pirates but the beach has a lot of pretty shells! Walk the boardwalk along Silver Sands beach then walk over on E Broadway for a bite at The Greek Spot.
"Lake Compounce is the oldest, continuously-operating amusement park in North America, having its genesis more than 170 years ago in 1846!" Ride Boulderdash, the fastest wooden rollercoaster! Keep riding it because you're 13 and the park is empty in the fall!
If you like Ice cream, you had best hit up Rich Farm. Every time we go back to CT, we make the trip to the Oxford location. It's worth it. Cash only!
In between the eating and drinking, stretch your legs and visit Sleeping Giant state park! Beautiful views, the hike is worth it!
For all of you non-natives, try this and understand why we lament over Michigan Pizza. When you're done, head down the street to Libby's and get a few cannoli.
Look, I just really love cannoli, but you can't go wrong with Italian pastries.
If the line for Pepe's is too long, or you're just trying to cram as much New Haven pizza as will fit inside you, check out Modern for a fantastic slice.
Mashed Potato Bacon Pizza. Try it, you won't be disappointed. Also, their Damn Good Stout lives up to its name. Check out Louis' Lunch across the road for the original hamburger sandwich, and Geronimo's just down the street for primo tequila, the best margaritas and southwestern bites! Jesse didn't think he likes margaritas until we went here!
See who's playing and you can catch a show!
Fantastic display of dinosaur bones, gems, and rocks!
Hop on Metro North to take a ride right into Grand Central Station and explore the Big Apple!
