Steamboat's Sunset Happy Hour (Optional)

4:30 pm - 9:00 pm

Very optional! Do not plan your travel around this event. If you’re in town and looking for something to do Thursday, Steamboat’s Sunset Happy Hour is on top of the gondola with drinks, food, and live music. Free with Ikon/Ikon Base passes, $30 without (tickets sold in line at the gondola). We recommend arriving early—capacity is limited. It starts at 5, but we’ll be in line at 4:30 to get in. Welcome Drinks (Optional)

7:00 pm - 10:00 pm

Mountain / Dressy Casual - This is a casual event, wear what you want! Jeans are fine :)

This will be a casual event to spend time with those that are in town before the big day. Stop by and have a drink with us any time between 7:00 and 10:00 pm.

Ceremony & Reception

3:30 pm - 11:00 pm

Semi-formal - Cocktail-type dresses for women and suits or sport coats for men. Feel free to add boots or mountain/western details to suit the Colorado mountain vibe (optional)! Consider bringing a jacket for potentially cooler temperatures in the evening. Avoid pointy heels as we will be on grass for the ceremony and cocktail hour.

The ceremony and cocktail hour will be outside. The reception will be in a tent, with the option to go outside on the lawn. Temperatures should be warm in August, but it can cool down at night. Type in “Lucky 8 Ranch Events Venue” in Google Maps, then follow the signs on the dirt road.

Sunday Send Off (Optional)

9:00 am - 11:00 am

We'll be hanging out in the backyard of the Danneberg condo from 9:00-11:00 am. Grab a light bite or coffee before heading out of town if you want to stop by. Walk around to the back side of Mt. Werner Lodge and find us on the lawn.
