Sunset Happy Hour - Top of the Steamboat Gondola

5:00 pm - 8:00 pm

Totally optional and casual event. Steamboat puts on a Sunset Happy Hour on Thursday nights on top of the gondola, for anyone that wants to check it out. Riding the gondola is free for those with a 2025-26 Ikon Pass or $30 for everyone else.

Ceremony & Reception

3:30 pm - 11:00 pm

Semi-formal attire with an optional mountain-western twist—think cocktail-type dresses for women and suits or sport coats for men. Feel free to add boots, western details, or dressy hats to suit the Colorado mountain vibe! Consider bringing a jacket for potentially cooler temperatures in the evening.

The ceremony and cocktail hour will be outside. The reception will be in a tent, with the option to go outside on the lawn. Temperatures should be warm in August, but it can cool down at night.
