Please arrive by 4pm and be ready to take your seat by 4:15pm as the ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30pm!
It's about a 15 minute walk from the Hyatt Regency (where our hotel block is) to the Arbor Loft, however, there is a free lot right behind the venue as well as free valet. If you're not feeling a walk and you're planning to drink, there will be a shuttle from the Hyatt Regency to and from the venue throughout the night—please check out our accommodations page for more info. There is also Uber widely available around Rochester!
While we love all of the kiddos, we're limited on space so the wedding will be adults only. We're hopeful that this advanced notice means you'll be able to share in our big day and enjoy a parents' night out!
The dress code is semi-formal! We'll be inside for both the ceremony and reception and it's air conditioned so please wear whatever you will be comfortable in. Make sure you bring your dancing shoes!
There will be a cocktail hour immediately following the ceremony with hors-d'oeuvres. Dinner will also be provided by The Hideaway, and we hope you're ready to celebrate as we'll have an open bar offering a selection of spirits, beer and wine throughout the night.
We completely understand if you have a dietary request, please just let us know as soon as possible so we can make accommodations for you!
