Our venue is required to follow all COVID-19 precautions set by the city of Chicago including a mask mandate and proof of vaccination for entry into indoor dining and entertainment spaces. Masks may be removed only when drinking/eating. Please plan to show photo ID (guests age 16+) and one of the following (guests age 5+) at the door: - Vaccination card -Photocopy of vaccination card -Digital record or app or -Printed record from vaccine provider Limited exemptions may apply; more details are available here: https://www.chicago.gov/city/en/sites/covid19-vaccine/home/chi-vaccine-requirement.html We will update this space and our plans as needed.
Ah, we've made this mistake before. Please go to the Brewpub, 2323 N. Milwaukee Avenue. The brewery has the same delightful beer, but you might find yourself at the wrong wedding :(
Yes! Revolution Brewing is kid friendly and we welcome kids of all ages to our ceremony and reception.
We suggest cocktail attire, but feel free to dress as fancy as you like.
Unfortunately, the venue does not have parking or valet service. Street parking may be available, but can be challenging on the weekends and often is metered or requires a permit. There is a Spot Hero lot a short walk from the venue where you can make inexpensive parking reservations. It is located at 2860 W. Medill Avenue (https://spothero.com/search?kind=destination&id=62486). Lyft, Uber, cabs (use the Curb app), and public transit are all great ways to travel to and from the wedding without having to worry about parking.
We have a discounted room block at The Robey Hotel (see the travel page for details), which is very close to the wedding and reception venue. For a downtown stay, we recommend the Chicago Athletic Association hotel, located on Michigan Avenue, for its beauty and views of the city. Many national hotel chains also operate throughout the city. Wherever you choose to stay, we recommend checking travel times to ensure you don't spend more time in transit than you intend.
