Disney's Beach Club is one of the resorts in Disney World's "Deluxe" category. While on the pricier side, their amenities are second to none. With this resort you will be within walking distance to our wedding and reception venues, as well as Epcot. You will have the ability to walk over to Epcot's rear entrance to hop right on the skyliner to Hollywood Studios as well as take a bus to other parks. If you do wish to stay at Beach Club, we recommend renting vacation club points through David's Vacation Club Rentals, you can generally stay at this hotel through them at a much cheaper rate. We have done this before, and it is a great way to stay deluxe while paying a moderate price.

Located across the lake from both Disney's Beach and Yacht Clubs, this is another one of the resorts in Disney World's "Deluxe" category. Again, on the pricier side, their amenities are second to none. This resort also includes a 1950's Atlantic City Style Boardwalk that is a lot of fun at night. (You MUST visit one of our favorites- the Abracadabar with their amazing and mysterious drinks and out of this world fries)! While the Wilderness Lodge is one of the farthest resorts from our venues, we had to include it as it holds a very special place in our hearts. Not only is this Alec and Jess's home resort for Disney Vacation Club, but this is also where they got engaged! (In front of the geyser, but not where Alec intended...because Jess just couldn't stay put and had to go find him)! The Wilderness Lodge is another resort in Disney's Deluxe category and is themed after the pacific northwest and inspired by National Park lodges. If you're looking for a fun place to eat, we highly recommend Whispering Canyon Cafe (make sure to ask for ketchup)! Again, if you are interested in staying here were highly recommend renting vacation points through David's Vacation Club Rentals so taht you can stay deluxe at moderate pricing.
Hotel
If you plan on staying at any of the resorts ABOVE- we HIGHLY recommend renting vacation club points. This will save you money on your accommodations!
Hotel
While the Swan and Dolphin is technically not a Disney owned resort- it is located right in with Disney's Boardwalk as well as Disney's Beach and Yacht Clubs. It is a Marriott property- so if you are a rewards member, you can use and/or earn points here! This is also the location of our ceremony and reception venues and if you do choose to stay here, you will have all the same benefits as staying at a deluxe Disney World resort. If you’re 62 years or older, you can save up to 25% on your room rate. For Reservations: Call 1-888-828-8850 and ask for promotional code SENIOR CITIZEN RATE or when booking online, make sure Promotional Code S9R appears in the Corporate/Promo code box. Proof of age required at check-in to receive this offer.

Disney's Yacht Club is located directly next door to Disney's Beach Club (they even share a sand bottom pool) and one of the resorts in Disney World's "Deluxe" category. Again, on the pricier side, their amenities are second to none. With this resort you will be within walking distance to our wedding and reception venues, as well as Epcot. You will have the ability to walk over to Epcot's rear entrance to hop right on the skyliner to Hollywood Studios as well as take a bus to other parks. This resort is also dog friendly if you are looking for accommodations that will also include your furry friends!
Hotel
Disney's Caribbean Beach resort is one of our favorite moderate resorts. It is Disney's largest resort and broken up into 5 "Islands" and is inspired by the Caribbean Islands. This resort is in close proximity to both wedding venues, and has bus and skyliner transportation options.
Hotel
This value resort will get you more bang for your buck! It includes both bussing to Disney Springs, Magic Kingdom and Animal Kingdom; as well as the Skyliner to Hollywood Studios and Epcot (you would utilize the Epcot exit to get to the Boardwalk, Beach and Yacht Club, as well as both wedding venues). This is where we recommend you stay if you want to stay on property on a budget. This resort offers standard rooms, as well as "Family" suites, so you could have multiple couples or friends stay in one room and split the cost. This resort is also another one of Disney's Dog Friendly resorts, if you are looking for accommodations that will also include your furry friends. This resort specifically is Alec and Jess's favorite value resort and we would choose this one over the All Star resorts every time!
Hotel
This resort is located right next door to Disney's Art of Animation. This resort has is broken into "Decades" and the theming seems really fun! We have not yet been to this resort (shocking, we know!), but plan to visit (their pool bar) soon! Just like Art of Animation this resort is a value-and offers family suites, and has the skyliner option as well!
Travel Note
Need to get to your resort, but don't want to rent a car? Mears Connect has you covered. One of two companies that we recommend; offering both one way and roundtrip, reservations need to be made at the website above.
Travel Note
Our second recommendation if you need a shuttle from the airport to your resort. Offers both round trip, and one way. Reservations need to be made at the website.
