Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

We recommend arriving at the ceremony site by 9:15am. If you are relying on Disney transportation, it is advised you give yourself an hour for travel time as crowds and traffic can be unpredictable.

Question

We will be driving ourselves to the Swan and Dolphin, is there a parking fee?

Answer

The Ceremony is at the Swan hotel, while the reception is located in the Dolphin (which is walkable from the Swan). We highly recommend parking at the Swan if you are driving. The Valet and Self-Parking for the hotel is handled by a third party and is subject to change without notice. Valet Parking Rates- Day Use $42.00 inclusive of tax each exit Overnight Valet $42.00 plus tax per day Self Parking Rates- Day Parking $32.00 inclusive of tax each exit (Reduced parking of $20.00 per vehicle for the Swan) Overnight Self Parking $32.00 plus tax per day

Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

We understand the Florida heat and humidity, especially during the summer months. While the cocktail hour and reception are located within an air conditioned venue, the ceremony is outside (weather permitting). We want all of our friends and family to be happy and comfortable. If you are comfortable in a sundress, or khaki shorts and a polo- that works for us!

Question

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

We would never dream of having everyone travel to the surface of the sun for us and not provide them with alcohol!

Question

What type of food will be served at the cocktail hour and reception?

Answer

Varieties of Brunch type foods detailed below Cocktail Hour Sliced Fruit & Assorted Pastries and Breads Reception Buffet including but not limited to- Scrambled eggs, Bacon, Grits, Home Fries, Garden Salad, Chicken Breast, Trecce Arribbata, Mickey Mouse Waffles, Beignets

Question

Will there be any other events to attend during the wedding weekend?

Answer

Yes- but not mandatory! After the reception we will be finishing up photos with our photographer. We then plan on heading to our resort to change into more casual clothing and then we will be doing a “resort bar crawl” beginning at 6pm for anyone interested in attending. Additionally, we are planning on going to Epcot on Saturday, June 29th for anyone that is interested in exploring the park and “drinking around the world”.

Question

I can not attend the wedding; will there be a virtual option?

Answer

We wholeheartedly understand not everyone can travel to Disney to share in our special day. We will be livestreaming the ceremony for anyone who would love to be a part of it, but is unable to make it.

Question

Do you have a wedding registry?

Answer

Short answer- no we do not. Long(er) answer- we are well established in our home and there is nothing that we need. We appreciate everyone’s efforts in traveling, live streaming, or sending well wishes to celebrate with us- and that is more than enough!
