Only Required for the wedding party. For the wedding party, we have booked a bus to take us from Gearhart to the dinner and back! No need to worry about transportation (unless you prefer to drive yourself!) 5:45PM bus pick up, 6:15pm drop off at the venue.

For those not attending the rehearsal dinner but who will be arriving in Gearhart on Thursday, if you want to meet up with other guests, come to the McMenimans bar/restaurant at 7PM. Look for our signs/greeters (Amanda, Elliot, Ed and Mary Ann!)

Golf Attire
Golfers: BRING YOUR OWN CLUBS and meet outside the hotel lobby at 10AM to start the tournament. First tee time is at 10:30AM (Check your email for your tee time!) If you need clubs, call ahead to reserve them from the venue. After the tournament there will be an award ceremony with the hikers at 3pm

Outdoor comfortable with athletic shoes
Hikers and dogs, meet out from of the hotel lobby to get on the bus at 10:30AM. The hike is from ECOLA STATE PARK to INDIAN BEACH (~2 miles). At the end of the hike there is a beach for kids and dogs to play on, and there will be a game and some champagne! We will then take the bus back and meet up with the golfers for an award ceremony at 3PM!

Casual! Yoga Pants and Hoodies are accepted, and appreciated!
Follow the signs down to the beach where we will have three fire pits, a food truck, porta potties and a smores bar! Food truck link: (https://www.tresbrosnica.com/) There will also be beer, wine and water, and feel free to bring anything else you want! Dogs and kids welcome. The food truck will only be there from 6-9PM so ensure you are there during that time to get a main dish! WEAR SOMETHING WARM. Those from Seattle, bring extra chairs and blankets if you can, and get ready to sing along to some guitar!

SWIM SUIT
BRING YOUR SWIMSUIT (or wetsuit!) and take the plunge with Jesann and Blake! Meet at the beach entrance at 9:15am, plunge will be at 9:30am (run in to the freezing water, then back out to your blanket and coffee). Who wouldn't start their wedding day this way? The more the merrier for participation, and those that don't want to plunge can still come watch! There will be a drone taking video :) Coffee will be provided.

Event will be outside (weather permitting)
Rough timeline: 430-5pm-ceremony (outside on the lawn!) 5-6:15pm- cocktail hour 6:30-8pm- dinner 8-10pm- dancing (get ready to dance with our live band, the Shakedown!) 10pm onward: optional after party/ late night eats! *make sure you wear whatever makes your comfortable and you bring your dancing shoes!
