What time should I arrive?

Answer

You can arrive as early as 5PM, however please be at the venue and seated at 5:15PM. The wedding ceremony will begin promptly at 5:30PM.

Will transportation be provided between the to and from the hotel, ceremony and reception?

Answer

Yes, one shuttle bus will be leaving The Desmond Hotel at 4:40 PM to bring guests to The Willows. We’ll also be offering a return service to The Desmond following the reception. Trips will be at 9 and 945.

Is there a wedding hashtag that guests should use for social media?

Answer

Yes, we'd love for our guests to share their memories using our wedding hashtag #JensPaffectMatch. Feel free to use this hashtag on Instagram to help us collect all the wonderful moments from our special day.

What is the dress code?

Answer

The dress code for our wedding is semi-formal/cocktail attire. We ask that men wear suit and tie and women wear dresses.

Will the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception take place indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Our ceremony and reception will take place outdoors, good weather permitting. If not, all events will take place under a covered tend and/or indoors.

Will there be food & drinks during cocktail hour?

Answer

After the wedding ceremony, we will be serving light passed hors d’oeuvres accompanied by an open bar. We invite you to toast to our nuptials with a curated selection of wine, beer and our signature cocktail.

We invite you to RSVP online. You can do this by visiting the "RSVP" section of our website. Please submit RSVP by 8/1/24.

There is free parking available at the venue.

Can children come to the wedding?

Answer

In order to allow all guests, including parents, an evening of relaxation, we have chosen for our wedding day to be an adult-only occasion. We hope this advance notice means you are still able to attend our big day and will enjoy having the evening off!
