Grand County has no Ubers, Lyfts, or Taxis. If you plan to indulge, please plan to have a designated driver (or prepare to walk!).
There is plenty of parking at Grand Lake Lodge if you plan to stay at a VRBO or AirBnB and drive to the wedding ceremony.
We are asking that all guests come dressed in Semi Formal attire. Please wear comfortable shoes as the wedding will take place outside and there is a small walk with stairs to the Nuptial Knoll. The Ceremony and cocktail hour will be held outdoors and the reception will be held indoors.
As much as we love small humans (especially yours), this will be an adults-only celebration.
The average high temperature in Grand Lake during mid-September is 72 and the average low temperature is 38. However, the weather in Colorado can be unpredictable so we also recommend that you bring a jacket or a shall for the wedding ceremony as it will be taking place outside. The reception will be indoors with heaters.
Yes! We have a hotel block at Grand Lake Lodge, where all wedding festivities will be taking place. Reservations can be made Monday - Friday between 9am - 4pm PST with our booking coordinator, Amanda Johnson. Please call Amanda at 949-299-1874 and reference the Benvenuto / Davis wedding. If there is no answer, you can leave a voicemail or email ajohnson@highwaywest.com and Amanda will get back to you.
Unless specified on your formal invitation, we ask that you do not bring a guest. We will only allocate seating arrangements for the guests who RSVP. Thanks for understanding!
We recommend drinking lots of water and electrolytes (liquid IV, gatorade, etc) and moderating your intake of alcohol. If you are able to come in a day early and get acclimated to the elevation, that is always an option!
Of course! Our caterer is happy to accommodate all food allergies. Please let us know when you RSVP.
Please RSVP on or before August 9, 2024. Invitations will have all RSVP information.
