Dinner will be served, drinks will be poured (open bar), henna will be painted, and dancing will be encouraged.. It's a lively party to mingle, dance, and get energized for the big day! Shuttles to the venue will depart from Best Western and Hampton in at 4pm Shuttles back to the hotels will depart from the venue at 9:30pm

Semi-Formal: Sport coats, suits, and festive dresses are welcome; trendy Indian attire is encouraged.
Schedule: 9am - Shuttles depart from Hampton Inn and Best Western 9:15am - Breakfast is served 10am - Baraat: Groom enters on a horse with guests dancing all around him 11am - Indian Wedding Ceremony 12pm - Lunch 1:30pm - Break (Venue asks that all guests vacate premises until the 5pm event) 1:45pm - Shuttles back to hotels will depart from the venue
American Wedding

Formal / Black-Tie Optional: Dress up in your finest evening wear. For men, this could be a tuxedo or suit. For ladies, this is a floor length dress or gown. We encourage you to outshine the bride and groom =).
Schedule: 4:30pm - Shuttles depart from hotels to the venue 5pm - American Wedding Ceremony - 5pm (outdoors, weather permitting) 6pm - Cocktail Hour - Basically a full dinner before dinner.. come hungry, and with Italian spirit! 7pm - Reception, Dinner, and Dancing - Dinner selections will be taken at your tables 11:45pm - Shuttles back to hotels depart from venue Afterparty is rumored to be at the Best Western.. shhh
