Question

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes, the drinks are on us! However, it is a hosted bar so please only order what you can drink so that nothing goes to waste.

Is there parking?

Answer

Yes! Parking is free at the hotel. The ceremony & reception will both take place at the same location so there is no need to travel during the wedding day. However, if you do plan on drinking, we ask that you have a designated driver or use a rideshare app.

Are children allowed?

Answer

This event will mostly be an adult party. However, we understand that it may be difficult to leave the little ones at home so if you would like to bring your kid(s), please contact us to let us know if you will be needing extra seats.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Due to limitations of our venue, we are only able to have a certain amount of people at our wedding. We have carefully reviewed our guest list to make sure we have included your significant other. However, we apologize if we may have overlooked and forgot to include your special person. Please let us know if this is the case. If you would like to bring a partner to party with, it may be considered after RSVPs have been received and allow for extra people to be invited. However, we kindly ask that you do not bring anybody without prior approval as seats will properly reserved for invited guests only.

When is the RSVP deadline?

January 31, 2023 via the RSVP tab. We understand Oahu is very far for some so if you need more time deciding, please contact Quang or Jenn.

Do you have a room block?

Answer

Due to limited interest, we were unable to meet the minimum amount of rooms required for a room block as there are more affordable options for stays in the Waikiki area. Please refer to the 'Travel' tab for more information or contact us for recommendations. If you are interested in using our Kamaaina discount at any available hotel, please let us know, and we can help you set up for that.

Where is your registry?

Answer

After many years of living on our own and together, we have accumulated (thanks to Jenn's hoarding) lots of living essentials. Space in Hawaii is very limited so we unfortunately do not have room at our place for more items. Instead, we would greatly appreciate a contribution to our Honeymoon Fund.

What is the dress code?

Answer

Cocktail/Semi-Formal is preferred but of course this is Hawaii so we recommend something light and comfortable. Majority of the wedding will be outdoors so please plan accordingly. We ask that you do not wear anything overly revealing and/or sheer enough to reveal undergarment. Clothing is mandatory.

Who was the photographer for your engagement pictures?

Answer

Our photographer is Matt Wong and his IG account is MattWong911. He is very reasonable with pricing and easy to work with. If you were thinking about taking pics on island, we highly recommend him! If you have any questions or want his number, please feel free to reach out to us.
