Golf Day

Golf will be a gentleman only event. Sheldon’s Hole-y Matrimony Classic will be a Shotgun Golf Tournament starting at 8:30 AM. Players will be assigned to groups of four and shuttle pick up will be in the front of the Hythe Valet at 7:30. Please ensure you are at valet at 7:25 as the shuttle will leave promptly on time. Get ready for some friendly (or spicy) bets and prizes!
Group Hike & Sound Bath

We are doing a group morning hike on the stunning Berry Picker Trailhead. This trail begins in Lionshead Village and ascends through lush aspen groves and wildflower-filled meadows. It is 3 miles up the mountain and takes about 2 hours to complete. We will be talking the complimentary Gondola down the mountain the return (15 min ride). Feel free to join for only a portion if you'd like a quicker hike. The initial section is steep, but the trail becomes more gradual as you continue. At the top of the mountain, we will have a 45 minute private sound bath experience. Feel free to skip either the sound bath or skip the hike and buy a gondola ticket from Eagle Bahn to Eagle's Nest on top of Vail Mountain to just join for the sound ceremony ($55 and free for children under 12 with an adult). It will be EPIC! We will meet in the Hythe Lobby at 10AM. This hike will take place during the gentleman golf event.
Welcome Party

The Ceremony

Black Tie Preferred: Tuxes or formal suit and tie, gowns and midi dresses. The top of the mountain can get chilly so ladies may want a shawl. You will be walking on a dirt path so we recommend a wedge or block heel.
Our wedding venue is located at the top of Vail Mountain and is accessed via the Eagle Bahn Gondola from Lionshead Village. Please upload on the gondola at 2PM sharp to leave yourself plenty of time to get to the ceremony. For additional information on transportation, please visit our FAQ page. Cocktail Hour

Our cocktail hour will be on the Lion Square Lawn right at the bottom of the gondola. Our lovely planner and her team will be there to help direct you.
The Reception
