It was a lovely morning in the Miami Delta Lounge at 8AM when Sheldon (who had just missed his flight from going out a wee bit too late with board members the night before) decided to sit across from Jenna (who booked a last minute flight the night before) and asks her to watch his bag while he grabs a drink (hair of the dog never hurt anybody). He comes back and asks what she's working on, to which she replies, "my start up called Aura House." He asks for her site name and then proceeds to tell her how much he LOVES the site until she points out that he is, in fact, on the completely wrong site. They laugh and talk for over an hour with an ease and comfort that made it seem as though they had known each other for their entire lives. Finally they realize the time and each start to gather their things to leave for their respective flights. Little did they know, it was the universe's turn to laugh as they both headed to Flight 1330 to San Diego with a layover in Atlanta. They looked down at their boarding passes and realized they were sitting one seat away from each other. The story unfolded from there. They texted on the tarmac for three hours, never took off as their flight got canceled, rebooked a new flight together, had dinner at their layover in the Houston airport, sat in an exit row where Sheldon replaced his willingness and ability to assist in an emergency from "I will" to "I DO!" They spent 15 hours talking, to which Sheldon ended the day saying, "I think you're my person." If only his clairvoyance in love transferred to where he should hit the golf ball. They moved quickly in their love story, excited to build a life with their dream person. As the adage goes, "when you know, you know." Neither of them believed that until the perfect timing of the universe allowed x to meet y and the future Lewises to collide in the unlikeliest of places.
