Inn at Nakoma Resort
There is a room block with discounted rates for the on-property hotel, villas, and houses. We recommend booking ASAP as there is limited space on property and the lodging may fill up in advance. FYI- there is a 2 night minimum, we recommend you join us at Nakoma on Friday & Saturday night! (use the attached link for our wedding weekend!). Please reach out with any questions! Airbnb & vrbo also have some other good larger house rental options within Nakoma Resort! All guests (no matter where you stay) have full access to the pool, gym, rock climbing wall, etc!

Flight
Reno International Airport
The closest airport to Nakoma is Reno International Airport, about 1 hour away. We recommend renting a car so you can explore the area! Other airports to consider are Sacramento International Airport (2.5 hr), SFO (4.5 hr), Oakland (4 hr)
Rental Car
Rental Car & Airport Transfer
It is not 100% necessary to rent a car if you have other means of transportation from the airport or can carpool. All events will be on property and housing is walkable or accessible by the free Nakoma shuttle service! If you are not staying on the Nakoma property, however, you will likely need to drive to the events at the venue due to no Ubers/Taxis in the area. ****IMPORTANT****If you are renting a car out of the Reno-Tahoe Airport, please be advised that Burning Man begins on August 30 (and attendees will be picking up rentals the few days before) so you should book a rental as early as possible. Turo is also another great rental option.
