The Feather River
Float the Middle Fork of the Feather River from Clio to Graeagle. Also tons of great spots for swimming, fishing, and chilling. More details about sections to float on the website.
Mills Peak Mountain Biking
Many miles of chunky downhill and beautiful views. Most people set up a shuttle.
THE DRAGON GOLF COURSE AT NAKOMA
18 Hole Championship Golf Course on site. If enough guests are interested in getting a round in, we can get discounted rate, please reach out to Jenna or Johnny if you would like to book a round during the wedding weekend!

The Brewing Lair
Really fun outdoor brewery with disc golf and lawn games. We had to separate this one out of the "Local Eateries" tab because it is so cool! Please drive slow on the road in to keep the dust down.

Take a quick day trip to explore our cute town (just 45 min south of Nakoma resort)! Stroll through charming historic streets filled with local shops, art galleries, cafés, and great restaurants. Check out Donner lake for a quick dip or the Legacy Trail (the bike bath along the Truckee River) or if you need other recs for hiking/biking trails reach out to us!
