Flight

Kansas City International Airport

For those flying, please book flights into KCI (airport code MCI). The airport is mid-sized and easy to navigate. Please note that, while newly renovated and beautiful, Kansas City's airport is 22 miles north of our wedding location and is not accessible by public transportation.

Train

Amtrak at Kansas City Union Station

Amtrak is a good option for our guests traveling from St. Louis. Union Station is a beautiful building to travel into and explore. It's also less than 10 minutes from our venue and hotel, and easily accessed by the streetcar.

Travel Note

RideKC Streetcar

The KC Streetcar is a FREE mode of public transportation connecting downtown KC, the Crossroads district, and Crown Center. There is a stop one block east of The Grand Hall and the Loews Hotel. The streetcar is also a great way to get around the Crossroads area to explore local breweries and restaurants.

Travel Note

Cars and Parking

Our out-of-town guests are welcome to rent a car from one of the many companies offering cars at the airport. If you choose to rent a car, please factor in hotel parking to your travel budget. Also, please note that our venue does not offer free parking. We highly recommend using Uber/Lyft, the streetcar, and walking (weather permitting) over renting a vehicle for the wedding weekend. The Loews Hotel and Grand Hall are two blocks from one another, and other reputable hotels are within a safe walking distance of the Grand Hall. Most of our recommended activities and sights to see are centrally located and easily accessible without a rental car.
