Boulevard Brewing Company

2501 Southwest Boulevard, Kansas City, MO 64108

Boulevard is a staple in Kansas City! Schedule a brewery tour, visit the gift shop and tap room, or attend free Bingo on Sunday morning before the wedding!

National WWI Museum and Memorial

2 Memorial Drive, Kansas City, MO 64108

Our history-loving guests should definitely go here! KC is home to the nation's only museum dedicated solely to remembering the first World War. If museums aren't your thing, we still recommend visiting Liberty Memorial for a beautiful view of the KC skyline. If interested, please book early. Memorial Weekend is likely to increase traffic to the museum!

Country Club Plaza

4706 Broadway Boulevard, Kansas City, MO 64112

The Plaza is a famous outdoor shopping district inspired by Seville, Spain. Come here to shop, eat, or just enjoy the warm weather in a beautiful atmosphere. Recommendations: Gram & Dun, Rye, The Puttery (indoor mini golf). While exploring the Plaza, check out the Nelson-Atkins Art Museum and Sculpture Garden (it's free!).

River Market

20 E 5th Street, Kansas City, MO 64106

Visit on Saturday or Sunday to check out the Farmer's Market. The area is full of local restaurants, antique shops, and charming architecture. It's easily accessed by the KC Streetcar. Recommendations: Betty Rae's Ice Cream, Brown & Loe, Harry's Country Club, Strange Days Brewing Co.

Westside Neighborhood

1663 Summit Street, Kansas City, MO, MO 64108

A quieter neighborhood adjacent to downtown with delicious local restaurants and a few local shops. A great spot to stop for a quiet lunch. Recommendations: The Westside Local (a favorite!), Chez Elle Crêperie, Fox & Pearl, Fetch Gifts, Westside Storey boutique
