Our Life Till Now

The first real date they went on, when goodbye already felt impossible

She left for a trip shortly after meeting him, and wished he'd come along

They discovered Helen

They discovered Helen

He took her ziplining

Then immediately took her to the falls

She liked to photograph the photographer

He liked to photograph the goblin

He stayed at the loveliest places as a PTA traveler

But when a cat jumped out of the tree and claimed them...

... he decided to spend the last month of his assignment with them instead

They spent their first Christmas together

He quickly stole the dog's heart

He couldn't say goodbye to this new life and decided to extend his stay

They hit a snag but he took loving care of her

He loved to bring her fresh flowers

She loved to make vegetarian versions of his favorite foods

They celebrated holidays together

They celebrated more holidays together

They celebrated even more holidays together

And pretty soon they celebrated together for no reason at all

They saw sunrises

And they saw sunsets

They even saw the Northern Lights from their little southern home

They met each other's families...

...and met each other's families...

...and met each other's families...

...and met each other's families...

They met friends

And they met more friends

He found some new Bears fans

They played

They traveled

They hiked

They conquered

They repaired

They repaired some more

They picked up hobbies

They visited favorites

She adored the menagerie

And so did he

They loved surprise snow days

And the traveling snowman who joined the menagerie

But they loved their summer hikes more

And a perfect lake day

Nothing beat being on the water

Except maybe a nap

And a good book

They loved the life they'd built together over the years

So they decided to make it forever
