Woodstock, VT, and the surrounding area, is such a beautiful part of the country. We can't wait for you to join us in this special place. Here are some travel suggestions we've put together to make your planning a bit easier. We suggest you fly into one of the major airports in the region and rent a car to drive to Woodstock. If you're nervous about winter driving, keep the following things in mind: drive more slowly than you usually would and in New England they are great at keeping the roads clear. Much better than we are in TX! There are three larger airports within convenient driving distance: Boston, MA, Burlington, VT, and Manchester, NH. Boston is about a 2.5 hour drive to Woodstock, but this airport offers more direct flights and the drive will be more highway driving. Burlington is slightly closer (90 minutes), but the airport is smaller and offers fewer direct flights. Manchester is the smallest of the three airports but is closer than Boston (also 90 minutes).

Blue Horse Inn

Woodstock, VT 05091
 (802) 457-9999

The Blue Horse is within walking distance of The Woodstock Inn & Resort and is near the village green. It is a small B&B where you're sure to feel like family. The property was built in 1831 and has a lot of fun history, including (rumor has it) a stay from General Lafayette!

Hotel

Woodstock Inn & Resort

14 The Green
Woodstock, VT 05091
 (802) 332-6853

Located in the center of town, the Woodstock Inn & Resort is quintessential Woodstock. The Inn has a long history in Woodstock, but it was redeveloped and established to its current form by Laurance & Mary Rockefeller. The Inn also boasts two fabulous restaurants and a spa.
