Las Gaviotas offers 2-5 bedroom houses for rent and is 10 minutes north of the venue. Las Gaviotas is a gated community with onsite guards, a pool, & spa with food vendors, a private beach, shuffle board and pickle ball courts. This is perfect for those who are traveling in groups. Vista Hermosa Resort

Vista Hermosa is a Resort and Spa 5 minutes north of the venue with fantastic ocean views, multiple pools and spas, and onsite restaurant and bar with great 1 bedroom and 2 bedroom rooms. We recommend this options for those that prefer staying in a hotel. Please note that in order to get a discount on the rooms you will need to call directly rather than book online and will need a two night minimum stay. Rosarito Beach Hotel is a 3 star resort 20 minutes north of the venue. There are 3 towers to this hotel and we recommend the Pacifico Tower which is the newer, more modern side of the hotel. The hotel has a pool, spa, restaurant, and plenty of fun experiences. Please note your will need to handle travel arrangements to and from the venue if you book here.

SAN San Diego Internatonal Airport

For those flying to the wedding we recommend flying into SAN, the San Diego International Airport. Please make sure to book and Uber/Lyft or airport shuttle to get the the shuttle pick up on Friday and back to the airport on Sunday.

A shuttle will be running for our guests staying at Las Gaviotas and Vista Hermosa Resort to and from the venue on the day of the wedding. The first pick up will start at 2:00 at Las Gaviotas and stopping at Vista Hermosa and will be running approximately every half hour.

Shuttle from USA to Mexico

October 21, 2022 2:00 pm - 4:00 pm

We will be providing a shuttle for our guests that need assistance getting across the border to their hotels. If you will require shuttle service please reach out to Jeneva or Corey ASAP as we are limited to the first 45 guests. The shuttle will be crossing at the San Ysidro Border Station. The pick up spot for the border shuttle will be at the Border Station Parking at San Ysidro 4570 Camino De La Plaza, San Diego, CA 92173 www.borderparking.com and is scheduled to leave at 2pm. If you are driving you are safe to park your car there for the weekend as it is attended 24 hours and has surveillance, you can find parking costs on the website. For those flying in we recommend either an Uber/Lyft or booking an airport shuttle to get to the shuttle pickup. The shuttle will be making drop offs with the approximate drop off times to Rosarito Beach Hotel 3:30pm, Las Gaviotas 3:50pm, Vista Hermosa Resort 4:00pm, and the wedding venue 4:15pm. Please remember you will need to bring your passport with you to cross the border. When crossing the border in the shuttle you will need to exit the bus to show your documentation and re-board the bus after when crossing into Mexico and when returning to the US. If you are flying in from out of town we recommend an early morning flight or to fly in the night before to make sure you make it to the shuttle.

Shuttle from Mexico to the USA

October 23, 2022 11:30 am - 3:00 pm

We will be providing a shuttle to return back the the US to the initial pick up spot, please note that the return shuttle is reserved for the same guests that took the shuttle coming into Mexico. A shuttle will be making stops at the approximate times starting at the wedding wedding venue at 11:30am, Vista Hermosa 11:50am, Las Gaviotas 12:10pm, and Rosarito Beach Hotel 12:40pm and crossing the border at the San Ysidro Border returning to the Border Station Parking at approximately 3pm. If you are flying out please know the times are approximate and it may take longer to cross and to schedule an Uber/Lyft or an airport shuttle to take you to the the airport.
