Rehearsal Dinner

Rehearsal is CASUAL, but rehearsal dinner is Cocktail Attire: Wear cocktail dresses, sundresses, dressy jumpsuits, and dress slacks.
Please arrive to Rehearsal ON TIME! Rehearsal will begin promptly at 2:00pm-3:00pm at Orchid Garden at Church Street, located at 225 S. Garland Ave., Orlando, FL 32801. We will ONLY have an hour. Another event will be taking place and set-up will begin at 3:15pm, with staff arriving at 3:00pm. So please be on time! Rehearsal dinner will begin at 4:30pm and is less than 10 minutes away from our wedding venue at Crowne Plaza-Downtown Orlando, located at 304 W. Colonial Dr., Orlando, FL 32801. The rehearsal dinner is located in the Orchid Ballroom. When you go through the main entrance, the front lobby staff will give you direction on how to get there. From the end of Rehearsal to the start of the Rehearsal Dinner, you will have an hour and a half. Depending on where you're staying, especially if you're staying at the Crowne Plaza, you'll have plenty of time to check in, relax and get ready before dinner. We'll have plenty to eat, so come hungry!

Our Ceremony

Semi-Formal: Tuxes and gowns are welcome, and so are suits and cocktail dresses. Keep in mind this is a themed event - Vintage Glam (think Great Gatsby/1920s). Please dress in any shade of silver, gold, black, grey, rose gold, or champagne. Dress to excess with feathers and beads! Flappers and Dappers, Toffs, Spivs and Chaps in Tweed are all welcome. (Not sure about your attire, ask Jenene.)
Please give yourself PLENTY of time to get to the venue, as you will need to park in a nearby parking garage. There are 2 parking garages one block away from venue. There is a drop-off area in front of the building for those that need to be dropped off. Keep in mind, the venue's entrance is ON THE EXIT ramp and it’s a one way. So be sure to take it slow! If you plan to stay at a nearby hotel, such as the recommended hotel, Crowne Plaza, be sure to coordinate with the hotel about your shuttle service needs to and from the venue. This website has been updated to share more specifics on Parking Garages and Hotels. There are other hotels (outside of the room blocks being offered) that also offer complimentary shuttle services to the venue. Be sure to inquire with your hotel.
