Welcome Gathering

6:00 pm - 10:00 pm

WEAR DENIM, NOT REQUIRED BUT ENCOURAGED :) Whip out your best western denim/Canadian Tuxedos. Come dressed in denim from head to toe, cause why not!? Jeans, denim button downs, denim dresses, denim jumpers?! Come casual and ready to hang around the fire, eat & drink!

We want an excuse to hang out as much as possible so we planned a Friday night get-together at the property that we are staying at! Drinks and food will be provided. There will be yard games, bonfire, local beer, tacos + more! Think backyard bbq vibes! We will not be providing transportation to the welcome gathering but there is plenty of parking on the property so drive yourself (be responsible) OR take a uber to the property! Its only 10 min from the hotel (dowtown Big Sky) and 10 min from the campsite.

Wedding & Reception!

3:30 pm - 10:30 pm

Wear whatever you can dance in! Think cocktail attire for a grassy field by a Montana river—light fabrics like linen or chiffon, summer colors, dresses, khakis, blazers, or casual suits. Cowboy boots, hats & bolo ties are welcome! Don’t forget a light jacket or sweater—it gets chilly at night!

The bar will open around 3:30pm if you want to grab a lil pre ceremony bev. The ceremony will begin at 4:00pm. Shuttles will pick up and drop off from the following places: Aspect Properties, Red Cliff Campground & the Wilson Hotel. If you are staying at an airbnb in town we recommend taking the shuttle from the Wilson because it is centrally located, a quick walk/uber ride and there is free public parking around the Wilson Hotel. Shuttle Pick Up Schedule: 2:45pm Aspects Property Round 1 pick up (meet at house #50) 3:00pm Wilson Hotel parking lot shuttle pick up (meet out front of hotel) 3:15pm Aspect Property Round 2 pick up (meet at house #50) 3:30pm Red Cliff Campground shuttle pickup (meet at the entrance of the campsite) 10:30pm - First return shuttle 11:30pm - Second return shuttle 12:45am - Final Shuttle Join us after the ceremony for cocktail hour that will lead us into the reception filled with a true Montana BBQ dinner, huckleberry cocktails and dancing!
