Transportation

If you haven’t done so by now please reach out to our travel agent Eileen to give her your flight information. (If she booked your flights then she has the info) She is working with the resort to make sure we will all have rides to and from the airport based on our arrival and departures.

Testing

Answer

Everyone will be required to present a negative Convid Test upon arrival at the air port in Barbados. The test can NOT be a rapid test and has to be taken within a three day window of your arrival. If you haven’t done so please schedule your test accordingly. When we arrived we all will be tested again per Barbados requirements and tested again prior to coming home. The resort will schedule those test for you based on your departure. Please remember to bring your vaccine card with you to present upon arriving at the air port.

What to pack

Answer

For your trip, pack light. Other than the wedding, a couple of restaurants will require dinnerware but you are not required to dine at those restaurants. We recommend downloading the sandals app. Once you do you can add your booking info and pull up your reservation. The app will show you your room and allow your to browse the resort to better plan for your stay. The app includes the local weather to help you pack along with a list of restaurant dress requirements, available activities and a resort map.

What else should I do prior to arrival?

Make sure you go on https://travelform.gov.bb/form to fill out your immigration/custom forms 72 hrs prior to your arrival. You will need your flight information so have it on hand.
